D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club is a bustling Championship Golf Course located just 15 minutes south of Calgary in the beautiful Town of Okotoks. We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant/Associate Professional(s) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
With 8 Leagues and 800 league members, we have a very unique business model and is possibly one of the most under-rated properties in the area. Coming soon in late 2026 or early 2027, we are planning to open a 12-13 bay Top Tracer driving range which could open up an opportunity for year round employment.
With our new re-branding of "Rugged and Refined" we are looking to add to our team of Professionals for 2026 and beyond.

- Responsibilities

- Manage the merchandising of the golf shop to ensure an appealing and organized presentation of products.
- Coordinate and oversee league play and events.
- Develop and facilitate our junior golf programs to engage young golfers.
- Assist in running our lesson programs, ensuring all customers receive high-quality instruction. ($8, 000-$12,000 in teaching revenue easily attainable.)
- Drive corporate sales and promotions to enhance the golf shop's revenue.
- Organize and execute demo days to showcase the latest golf equipment.
- Utilize POS and reservation systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences
- Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to deliver a high level of customer service and engage with all customers.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the golf industry, is an asset.
- A passion for golf and a commitment to making every customer feel like a valued member.
- Compensation
- 7-month contract (salary range of $3,200 - $3,600, negotiable based on experience).
