- Following a full clubhouse reconstruction and ongoing upgrades to the golf course and practice facility, we are looking for a motivated, career-driven individual to join our professional team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance within golf operations at a growing and improving facility. Candidates must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and understand the expectations of working at a semi-private club.
- Responsibilities

- Assist and organize the execution of club events and tournaments
- Assist with purchasing, promotions, sales, and inventory control processes
- Operate the first tee efficiently and provide professional customer service to members and guests
- Instruct golf lessons to variety of clientele and lead junior clinics/camps
- Supervise, train and assist outside service staff to ensure proficient customer service
- Encouraged to play with membership to develop relationships
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Experience in a private club environment
- Knowledge of industry trends in retail and inventory management
- Experience instructing various levels of golfers, private and group coaching
- Experience assisting with an active junior golf program
- Experience organizing and executing club events and tournaments
- Computer competency, Microsoft Office, Golf Genius, POS system knowledge
- Flexible regarding work schedule
- Compensation
- Salary range of $ 45,000-$60,000
