- Job Summary
- This role is ideal for a motivated PGA of Canada professional who is passionate about the game and takes pride in delivering a first-class golf experience every day. You will play a key role in the daily operation of the Golf Shop; working closely with the Professional Team to support instruction, merchandising, tournaments, and member engagement while upholding the high service standards expected at Marine Drive Golf Club.
- Responsibilities

- Deliver a world-class experience for Members and Guests
- Represent and promote Marine Drive Golf Club with professionalism and pride
- Assist with merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and monthly physical counts
- Provide club fitting and club repair services
- Conduct private lessons and assist with junior programs, member clinics, and camps
- Support tournament and event operations alongside the Professional Staff
- Play golf with members of all abilities to foster engagement and relationships
- Lead by example and contribute positively to team culture
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Professional Shop
- Follow all Club policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

Qualifications
- PGA of Canada Member in good standing
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills
- Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Knowledge of retail trends, merchandise, vendors, and inventory control
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent problem-solving
- Private club experience considered an asset
- Instructional experience (private lessons, junior camps) considered an asset
- Club fitting and equipment knowledge considered an asset
- Social media and marketing experience considered an asset
- Experience with Jonas POS considered an asset
- Compensation

- $48,000–$60,000 annually; paid bi-weekly
- 100% Lesson revenue (total revenue potential $25,000–$50,000)
