- Job Summary
- The club is seeking a motivated Assistant/Associate Golf Professional to support a high-volume golf operation focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role blends front-line service with operational responsibilities, including retail presentation, event and league coordination, and instructional programming. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the golf shop, help grow junior and lesson initiatives, and play an active role in enhancing the club’s daily operations and member engagement.
- Responsibilities

- Manage the merchandising of the golf shop to ensure an appealing and organized presentation of products.
- Coordinate and oversee league play and events.
- Develop and facilitate our junior golf programs to engage young golfers.
- Assist in running our lesson programs, ensuring all customers receive high-quality instruction. ($6,000 $10.000 in teaching revenue easily attainable.)
- Organize and execute demo days to showcase the latest golf equipment.
- Utilize POS and reservation systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
- Qualifications

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to deliver a high level of customer service and engage with all customers.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the golf iindustry, is an asset.
- A passion for golf and a commitment to making every customer feel like a valued member.
- Compensation
- • Salary range of $3,400 - $3,800, negotiable based on experience.
