Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with weekend and holiday availability required during peak seasons.
- Responsibilities

- Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional experience for all patrons.
- Manage and enhance our golf instruction programs, catering to golfers of all skill levels.
- Oversee day-to-day golf operations, including pro shop management and enforcing policies/procedures.
- Maintain a well-respected and professional image with the club, the industry and the community.
- Be an active professional with participation in PGA of BC regional tournaments, education and initiatives.
- Qualifications

- Must be a member in good standing with the PGA of Canada.
- Passion for the business and game of golf.
- Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
- Experience with Lightspeed POS, Chronogolf tee sheet software, Golf Genius and Microsoft Office will be an asset.
- Previous experience in a management role considered a strong asset
- Compensation

- Monthly Base Salary $3700 - $4300
- 70% of all lesson revenue.
