- An Associate/Assistant Golf Professional who is committed to providing a great customer service experience to our guests.
- Responsibilities
-
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf shop.
This includes:
• Assist the Head Professional with inventory entry and controls
• Golf shop sales
• Greet customers with a positive and encouraging attitude
• Provide leadership in the golf shop
• Supervise the guest services and ambassador teams
• Assist with the preparation and execution of tournaments and events
• Assist with the development of our leagues
• Promote the Black Mountain Golf Club as Kelowna’s best and friendliest golf course
- Qualifications
-
• 2 years experience working in a fast paced environment
• Experience handling cash, managing inventory and product loss systems
• Computer experience and the ability to learn new systems with ease
• Retail operations experience
• Ambition and strong leadership skills
• Tournament and event management experience
• Experience managing staff
• PGA of Canada member in good standing.
• Golf Genius experience will be considered an Asset.
- Compensation

This seasonal, full-time position reports to the Head Professional and will receive competitive compensation including:
• $3,200 - $4,000 monthly
• 100% of lesson revenue
