Job Summary
We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant/Associate Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the merchandising of the golf shop to ensure an appealing and organized presentation of products.
  • Coordinate and oversee league play and events.
  • Develop and facilitate our junior golf programs to engage young golfers.
  • Assist in running our lesson programs, ensuring all customers receive high-quality instruction. ($8, 000-$12,000 in teaching revenue easily attainable.)
  • Drive corporate sales and promotions to enhance the golf shop's revenue.
  • Organize and execute demo days to showcase the latest golf equipment.
  • Utilize POS and reservation systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Complete WHIMIS training to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to deliver a high level of customer service and engage with all customers.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably within the golf industry, is an asset.
  • A passion for golf and a commitment to making every customer feel like a valued member.
Compensation

 Salary range of $3,400 - $3,800/monthly, negotiable based on experience

  • PGA dues paid upon completion of the contract.
