- Job Summary
- We are seeking to fill a position on our TEAM with an individual that is dynamic, personable and has a passion to learn all aspects of the pro shop and golf industry in a hands-on atmosphere.
- Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day supervision of golf operations including Golfer Services and Player Ambassadors and Pro Shop.
- Participate in the organization and execution of various leagues (Men’s, Ladies, Juniors, and Couples)
- Participate in the booking, organization, and execution of corporate golf tournaments
- Communicate with other department heads on daily activities
- Provide quality golf instruction programs for groups and individuals
- Lead and execute a strong Junior Golf Program
- Supervise and manage daily pace of play targets
- Actively participate in the merchandising and sales of pro shop hard goods and soft goods
- Represent the golf course at various golf industry events, tournaments, and programs
- Be flexible, be able to quickly transition from one task to another as is needed for the day

- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Teaching/Coaching experience is an asset
- Compensation
- $3,500.00 to $4,000.00 per month based on experience

- 5-day work weeks (40-46 hours per week depending on time of season)
