- Job Summary
- The assistant golf professional is responsible for delivery of service to the members and guests of the Brooks Golf Club and to manage the events including tournaments and club functions in accordance with the club’s policies and procedures.
- Responsibilities

Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Scheduling, and supervision of the pro shop staff
- Teaching the members, guests and junior program
- Assist in merchandising including ordering and receiving and input date into the point of sale
- Instrumental in all golf activities including all Leagues Men’s, Ladies, Junior
- Ability to inspire and create a positive friendly culture
- Communicates effectively to ensure the guest experience is exceptional
- Social Media Promotion
- Works with other Assistant Golf Professional to develop junior programs and camps
- Reports to the General Manager
- Qualifications

- Positive attitude and team first mentality with the desire to grow within the golf industry
- Strong communicator, friendly and outgoing
- PGA Member in good standing would be an asset
- Knowledge of Golf Genius, and Tee-on is an asset
- Club Fitting and teaching experience is an asset
- Compensation

- 90% Lesson revenue (Annually $3000 -$12000 based upon desire and availability to teach)
- GAC Dues
- $3300 - $3800 (8-10 months
- 50% Discounted Staff Meals
- Enrollment in the PGA Leadership & Mentoring Program
