Assistant/Apprentice Golf Professional: Truro Golf Club
The Truro Golf Course is one of the premier golf courses in central Nova Scotia and has developed a strong reputation for its excellent customer service and superb course conditions. The golf course is located in the heart of the Town of Truro and serves a membership base of 700. It has been host to many tournaments over the years including the inaugural Maritime Amateur Championship in 1911, the 1975 Peter Jackson Championship, numerous Nova Scotia Amateur and Senior Amateur Championships, the Canadian Senior Championship in 1997 and the Canadian Senior Match-play Championship in 2003, the Nova Scotia Mens Amateur Championship in 2011 and the World Blind Golf Championships in 2012 and Canadian Blind Championships.
