Lewis Estates Golf Course is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional for the 2022 golf season and beyond.
Established in 1992, Lewis Estates is a busy public golf course located on the West end of Edmonton. Over the years Lewis has been host to many Corporate, Amateur and Professional events. Lewis Estates Golf Course is searching for an enthusiastic and energetic outgoing individual to join our pro shop team for the 2022season and beyond.

- Job Summary
- The successful candidate will report directly to the Head Golf Professional assisting with daily operations. They will be able to work independently to help the pro shop team reach its goals and offer extremely high level of service.
- Responsibilities
-
- Provide exceptional service to season pass holders and loyal public players.
- Follow the budget given, schedule and supervision of Outside Service Team.
- Organization and execution of leagues, and events as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
- Conducting business in a professional manner.
- Adhering and enforcing club policy and procedures.
- Assisting with development of junior and lesson programs.
- Inventory control
- Excellent merchandising skills
- Day to day tee sheet management and counter duties
- Being highly visible to the season pass holders.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with point of sales systems, specifically Tee-On would be an asset.
- Ability to work and learn in a team environment.
- Bringing a positive and engaged attitude to the work environment every day.
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising and retail sales.
- Excellent product knowledge and club fitting experience.
- Customer service driven attitude.
- Proven supervisory and leadership abilities.
