Established in 1929, this 18-hole Championship golf course has consistently been regarded as one of the premier courses in the Niagara Region. Noted for its outstanding playing conditions and high level of customer service, this spectacular facility is a must-play each year. As we transition from semi-private to a fully private club in 2026, the course is undergoing a renovation to update the facility as we approach our 100th anniversary in 2029.

- Job Summary

All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all members and guests. These duties include, but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day golf operations,
- Management of the outside services staff,
- Assisting in organizing tournaments and leagues,
- Contributing to the junior program,
- A lead role in merchandising
- Developing good relationships with members
- Responsibilities

- Help with the organization and execution of all member/outside events at the Club.
- Oversee all aspects of outside golf operations
- Assist with inventory controls, organization of storage and display areas, inventory, etc.
- Ensure daily assignments are completed in their respective areas to meet Club standards.
- Perform additional duties as may arise and as may be assigned
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Previous experience in a high-service-level semi-private or private club environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences, is an asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with members and colleagues effectively
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience with Golf Genius Software and NorthStar POS is highly preferred
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- A strong drive to advance their career in the golf industry
