Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Golf, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the club’s golf operations. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our members.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily planning and execution of golf operations. 
  • Club fitting and basic club repair, including re-gripping.
  • Organize and oversee weekly leagues and member events.
  • Support the retail operation through sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Provide private and group instruction to members.
  • Assist with tournament operations using Golf Genius software.
Qualifications
  • PGA of Canada member in good standing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Well-organized and able to adapt to a fast-paced work setting.
  • Experience with Jonas POS, Golf Genius, and TrackMan is an asset.
  • Club fitting experience is an advantage.
Compensation
$800-$1,000 weekly plus teaching revenue to commensurate with experience.
