- Job Summary
- The ideal candidate will assist the Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation and has a strong desire to learn and grow as a professional. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of customer service and total satisfaction of all members and guests.
- Responsibilities

- Responsible for daily pro shop tasks including opening and closing procedures
- Management of daily POS functions, including selling and merchandising of pro shop goods
- Able to provide excellent product knowledge
- Assist with the processing and tracking of inventory
- Assist with merchandising and buying plans for the Golf Shop
- Mentor and train Golf Shop and Back Shop employees
- Coordinate and assist in all member events, leagues, and corporate events
- Deliver quality service using strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Membership in good standing
- Previous experience in a high-service-level semi-private or private club environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional member experiences
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with members and colleagues effectively
- Experience with Golf Genius Software or similar software is highly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A strong drive to advance their career in the golf industry
- Compensation
- $800-$950+ a week based on experience
