What We Need:
Donalda Club is seeking a dedicated, creative, passionate, and outgoing individual to join our fantastic team of golf professionals. The Assistant Golf Professional role will aid in the day-to-day golf operations as well as manage and execute a busy member event calendar. The primary focus will be the working with the women’s golf section and will require great communication and organizational skills as you work hand in hand with the women’s golf committee.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage the day to day golf operation alongside the team of golf professionals.
• Plan, organize, and execute women’s section golf events while working closely with the women’s golf committee to achieve their vision.
• Manage and lead golf services staff alongside the team of golf professionals.
• Golf Instruction & Club fitting.
• Assist in managing the Indoor Golf Academy during the winter season (events, leagues, lessons).
• Alongside the Merchandising Manager, maintain club standards and assist in implementing the strategy for the retail golf shop.
• Use of Jonas P.O.S. systems
- Qualifications

What You Need:
• Strong knowledge of the golf industry and event execution.
• PGA of Canada status.
• Experience working with member committees
• Be fully flexible to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
•Positive disposition and exceptional customer service skills.
•Outgoing and accommodating personality.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Five years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Private Club experience an asset.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft is essential.
•Knowledge of Golf Genius & JONAS is preferred.
