Coloniale Golf Club, a public golf facility located in the City of Beaumont approximately 10 minutes south of Edmonton, is actively seeking the services of an Assistant/Associate Professional for the 2023 season.

Coloniale Golf Club’s mission is to maintain a high standard of course conditioning and customer service. Coloniale will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2023.

Job Summary
Coloniale Golf Club, is actively seeking the services of an Assistant/Associate Professional for the 2023 season.
Responsibilities

• Opening/Closing of Pro Shop, including cash out procedures

• Supervision of Outside service staff, Cart operations, Club Storage and Driving Range

• Coordination and implementation of League and Member Events

• Assistance in set up and handling of corporate events

• Assistance with and execution of Inventory Control, Merchandising, Marketing and Promotion

• Daily interaction with members and green fee players up to Coloniale’s customer service standards

• Coordination and implementation of Junior Golf Programs

• Assistance with and execution of the club’s tee sheet management policies

Qualifications

• Customer Service skills

• Previous working experience in the Golf Industry

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

• Mature, self motivated, willingness to accept responsibility and accountability while working in a team environment

• Communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Punctuality and dedication

• Tee – On Booking and POS system knowledge and asset
