Cedar Brae Golf Club is seeking the services of an entry level Assistant Golf Professional for the 2023 season.

At Cedar Brae, our goal with our golf professionals is to help guide them on their way to becoming successful leaders in the golf industry.

Located 30 minutes from downtown Toronto, the club is home to a very healthy membership. Always having a high representation in both provincial and national events, Cedar Brae is proud of its very strong playing membership. The successful candidate will be expected to play with the membership on a regular basis and represent the club at industry events.

Job Summary
Looking for an individual with the desire to grow within the industry and work towards becoming a Head Professional.
Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the pro shop

• Assist with junior golf program

• Assist with event coordination

• Assist with the management of the outside service operation

• Assist with inventory control

• Play golf with members on a regular basis

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Ability to work with a forward thinking team in a fast paced environment

• Contribute to the daily management of the golf operations team

• Have a passion for the merchandising aspect of the industry

• Jonas POS experience is an asset

• Proven track record in coaching and club fitting

• Experience with TrackMan is beneficial

Compensation
$850 weekly / year round
