- Job Summary
- The successful candidate will be joining the team in early spring of 2023 as a key addition to the professional staff. This position has a variety of opportunities for learning and growth around sales, member experiences, instructional opportunities, and work with the junior program. This position will include a mix of Proshop, outside services and time for teaching.
- Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Golf/Head Professional, responsibilities and essential job descriptions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
- Schedule tee-times, handle all cash transactions including close out procedures.
- Effectively communicate with the golf team and other departments.
- Attractively display and pro-actively sell merchandises and services.
- Ensure all areas are tidy including the golf shop, lockers, and front area.
- Maximize revenue opportunities by controlling inventory.
- Monitor pace play/Marshall.
- Co-ordinate and build the Junior Program.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing.
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills.
- Point of sale experience.
- Experience with junior golf instruction.
- Previous retail experience is an asset.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Leadership and supervision experience.
- Understanding of Club fitting/Club repairs.
- PGA of Canada member in good standing or plans to become a PGA of Canada professional in the near future.
- Compensation

- $18-$23 per hour based on experience.
