The Picture Butte Golf Club is one of Southern Alberta’s most recognized and respected golf facilities. Located only 15 minutes from Lethbridge, this 27- hole Championship golf course is set alongside the coulee, and has a very storied history. The club has a very active, supportive and competitive membership base as well as strong following from both local and out of area guests.

- The Picture Butte Golf Club is seeking an energetic, motivated and eager Assistant Golf Professional who is willing to contribute towards the continual growth and success of a dynamic golf club and culture. Reporting to the Head Professional, we encourage personal and professional growth, candidates that are willing to bring new and fresh ideas and become a key member of our golf operations team.
- Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be actively involved with the Professional team, reporting directly to the Head Golf Professional he/she will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing excellent communication and service to members and guests
- Assist in day to day golf operations
- Supervising and assisting golf services team
- Golf shop merchandising, special orders , sales
- Tournament operations
- Conduct golf lessons for all abilities and demographics from junior to adult
- Assisting in club social events and leagues
- Maintaining a high level of playing ability and willingness to golf with membership
- Qualifications

Qualifications and Related Skills:
- PGA of Canada Member
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to bring new ideas to the club
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Club fitting and equipment knowledge is an asset
- Excellent computer skills
- Compensation

- $3500 - $4000 *negotiable based on experience & term
- 8-12 months * negotiable based on experience
