- Job Summary
- The successful candidate will be actively involved in the Professional Team. He/she will report directly to the Head Golf Professional and will be responsible for, but not limited to the below responsibilities:
- Responsibilities
-
- Providing first-class service to members and guests.
- Supervising and training Member Services staff.
- Involvement with Tournament Operations
- Club Fitting and club repairs
- Placing special orders resulting from Demo and Fitting Days.
- Junior Development.
- Actively playing and promoting Golf.
- Qualifications
-
- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Post-secondary degree or college diploma with a golf management discipline (or working towards)
- Proven excellence in member services, sales, and organizational skills.
- Positive, professional attitude and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Club Fitting and equipment knowledge.
- Knowledge of JONAS point of sales system is an asset.
- Knowledge of Golf Genius Tournament software is an asset.
- Tournament operations experience.
- Ability to work a varied schedule.
- Ability to teach players of all skill levels.
- Previous experience in a busy semi-private / private golf industry setting is considered a strong asset.
- Compensation

- Full Time (12 months)
- $18 - $20 per hour depending on experience (overtime paid at time and a half)
- 100% Lesson Revenue (great opportunity to grow your portfolio)
