- Job Summary
- We are looking for an Assistant/Associate Golf Professional to join our team at Lynx Ridge Golf Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for golf and providing exceptional customer service. The Assistant/Associate Golf Professional will report to the Head Golf Professional and work closely with other team members to deliver an outstanding experience to our members and guests.
- Responsibilities

- Assisting in the daily operations of the golf course, including opening and closing duties, managing tee times, and maintaining pace of play
- Teaching golf lessons and clinics to members and guests of all skill levels
- Assisting in the organization and execution of tournaments and events
- Maintaining a clean and organized golf shop, including inventory management, and merchandising
- Organizing and running Senior Men’s and Ladies Night leagues
- Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests, including answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all golfers
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Member in good standing or a candidate working towards gaining status as a PGA of Canada professional
- Minimum 2 years of experience working at a golf course in the Pro Shop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Compensation

- $3500 - $3800 / Month based on experience
- 85% Lesson Revenue (opportunity to make over $15,000 for motivated teachers)
