Established in 1918, Mount Bruno Country Club is a private club located on the South Shore of Montreal, sitting on the south side of picturesque Mount Bruno. Mount Bruno Country Club has a rich history of golf in Canada, and has played host to the 1922 and 1924 Canadian Open, as well as the 1923 Canadian Ladies’ Open.

Mount Bruno Country Club is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional for the 2026 season. Reporting to the Head Professional, the successful candidate will be someone who provides excellent, consistent service to all Members and their guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily operations of the golf shop

  • Provide first class service to Members and Guests

  • Actively involved in organization and execution of all Member events, including working with Member conveners

  • Take on a leadership role within our Junior Program

  • Provide private and group lessons to members of all skill levels

  • Club fitting and repairs

  • Playing with Members and maintaining a high level of play

Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in teaching and club fitting

  • Experience with TrackMan technology

  • Experience with GGGolf software

  • Experience with Golf Genius, Golf Shop, Coach Now, Op36

  • Experience with leading Junior Programs

  • Merchandising and sales experience

  • Must be proficient in English and French

PGA of Canada Specialization

Compensation

Mount Bruno Country Club offers salary between $52 000 and $60 000 with the possibility of a end of season bonus.

Employment Duration
