What We Need:
Donalda Club is seeking a dedicated, creative, passionate, and outgoing individual to join our fantastic team of golf professionals. The Assistant Golf Professional role will aid in the day-to-day golf operations as well as help to manage and execute our junior golf section along with clinics and camps. With an active and passionate golf section, this individual will be required to offer instruction to the membership with 100% of lesson revenue.

- Responsibilities

- Manage the golf operations alongside the team of golf professionals.
- Plan, organize, and execute member events while working closely with member committees to achieve their vision.
- Manage and lead golf services staff alongside the team of golf professionals.
- Golf Instruction & club fitting.
- Assist in managing the Indoor Golf Academy (events, leagues, lessons).
- Alongside the Merchandising Manager, maintain club standards and assist in implementing the strategy for the retail golf shop.
- Use of Jonas P.O.S. systems
- Qualifications

- Must be a PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Double vaccinated
- Be fully flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Positive disposition and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Two years of experience in a similar role is required.
- Private Club experience is an asset.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft is essential.
- Knowledge of Golf Genius & JONAS is preferred.
