- Job Summary
- The PGA Golf Professional is responsible for providing courteous and professional service to all resort guests and members at Royal Turks & Caicos Golf Club. The primary function is to work with and manage all aspects of the golf operations alongside the Director of Golf and Head Professional in a combined team effort with all employees. This is a “hands-on,” grass roots position covering all duties.

The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Director of Golf and golf operations team to provide an outstanding experience for members and guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the golf facility
- Providing exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors
- Managing tee times and assisting with the daily tee sheet
- Conducting golf lessons and clinics
- Assisting with tournaments, member events, and outings
- Supporting golf shop operations, including merchandise sales and inventory
- Assisting with golf cart operations and maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the golf operation
- Providing outside golf services, including greeting and assisting golfers, staging and organizing golf carts, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience
- Assisting with member and guest communications
- Helping create a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the golf operation
- Supporting the Director of Golf and other staff as required
- Qualifications

- Be a PGA Member in good standing - required
- Strong playing and teaching skills
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, outgoing, personable, and energetic
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in a tropical environment
- Organized and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willing to participate in all aspects of golf operations
- Have a genuine passion for golf and the golf business
- Resort or private-club experience preferred
- Compensation

- $600–$700 USD per week, based on experience
- Shared housing provided with a male PGA Member
- Round-trip airfare provided
- Travel insurance provided
