- Job Summary
- Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Assistant Golf Professional plays an integral role in delivering exceptional service to Members and their guests. The Assistant Golf Professional supports the daily operations of the Golf Shop, Member and guest services, and will also play a pivotal role in the organization and execution of all leagues and events. National Pines fosters a collaborative team environment, where every team member contributes to delivering memorable golfing experiences.
- Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing an exceptional golf experience to Members and their guests
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including tee-time reservations, merchandising/inventory control, and Member services
- Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of club events, outside events, and leagues
- Conduct private lessons, clinics, and frequent play with Members
- Provide minor club repair services (grips, etc.)
- Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- PGA of Canada Member in good standing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of commitment and desire to grow as a Golf Professional
- Experience within a Private Golf Club setting is an asset
- Familiarity with Golf Genius Tournament and Jonas Software
- PGM student or graduate of a PGM program is preferred
- Compensation

- Salary: $900–$1,100 weekly, based on credentials and experience
- Year-End Bonus: TBD
- Lesson Revenue: Retain 90% of revenue
