- The Outside Services Supervisor will play a key role in the day-to-day golf operations by providing exceptional hospitality to members and guests while supporting the professional staff in delivering a first-class golf experience. The ideal candidate works well with others, has, has positive energy, has some management experience and wants to grow as a professional at a top tier private golf facility.
- Responsibilities

- Providing excellent hospitality to members and guests
- Supervise a team of approximately 20 Golf Operations staff members
- Assist with Junior Golf program including Leagues and Camps
- Basic Club repair (re-gripping)
- Help with organizing and execution of member events and tournaments
- Other duties assigned by management
- Qualifications

- Pursuing entry into OR member in good standing with the PGA of Canada
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong hospitality skills
- High level of commitment
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn all facets of the golf industry
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Compensation

- $850-$900/week based on 40 hour work week
