- Job Summary
- Nicklaus North Golf Course is seeking a motivated and service-focused Outside Services Supervisor to lead our outside operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily golf operations outside the clubhouse, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and passionate about hospitality and golf.
- Responsibilities

Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and mentor Outside Services staff (Guest Hosts, Players Assistants, First Tee Hosts, Practice Facility Hosts).
- Create daily assignments and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Conduct shift briefings and support performance management.
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Oversee bag drop, cart staging, practice facility setup, and tee-time flow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Golf Shop, Golf Operations, and Food & Beverage teams.
Operations & Course Flow
- Manage tee sheet flow in partnership with the Golf Operations team.
- Assist with pace of play and support starters and marshals.
- Ensure golf carts are clean, charged/fueled, and properly staged.
- Maintain practice facilities (practice facility setup, ball inventory, cleanliness).
Standards & Safety
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation of staging areas and practice facilities.
- Enforce safety procedures and operational policies.
- Ensure equipment is handled and stored properly.
- Qualifications

- Member of the PGA of Canada in good standing preferred but not required.
- Previous supervisory experience in golf operations, hospitality, or outdoor recreation preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service mindset.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Knowledge of golf operations and etiquette is an asset.
- Compensation

- $23 - $25 / hour.
- Eligible for Health Benefits after 90 days.
