Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant / Apprentice Professional to join our team for the 2025 season. Reporting to the Director of Golf & Head Golf Professional, the ideal candidate will play a role helping to manage day-to-day golf operations while upholding Rundle Park’s reputation for exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee aspects of golf operations, including ladies leagues and outside events.
  • Provide first class service to patrons, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
  • Optimize tee sheet management and assist with POS operations.
  • Support retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
  • Maintain Rundle Park’s high standards for golf shop operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with computer systems is an asset.
  • A genuine passion for golf and creating memorable experiences for patrons of all skill levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patrons and team members.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Dependable, accountable and committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Previous experience in golf operations, customer service or event coordination is an asset but not required.
Compensation
  • $3,000-$3500 Based on experience
