Eagle Rock Golf Course, a 6630 yard championship 18 hole public facility will celebrated its 30th anniversary this year. Catering to all player levels, The Rock is renowned for providing a first class golf experience at unbeatable value.

Located south of Edmonton/Sherwood Park our busy public facility does approx. 33,000 rounds per season is currently seeking the services of PGA of Canada Assistant/Associate Professional with a commitment in the Golf Industry for the 2023 season and beyond.

Job Summary
The Assistant/Associate Golf Professional is responsible for delivery of exceptional service to all guests and season pass-holders of the ERGC. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head Golf Professional on daily basis and must be a team player, self-motivated and hardworking.
Responsibilities

Day to Day operations in the Golf Shop (5 day work week)

  •  Member/Guest Services
  •  Inventory Controls (ForeUp)
  •  Help grow and coordinating our Mens Club (140+) members
  •  Help organizing other weekly League Nights
  •  Help oversee Outside Service personal
  •  Promote the club with new Marketing strategies
  • Teaching- Members, Public and Junior Clinics
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills 
  • Merchandising and Retail Sales Experience
  •  Proficient Computer Skills (POS systems)
  •  Leadership and Supervisory Capabilities
  •  PGA of Canada Member in good standing
  •  Event Coordination and Planning
Compensation
  • $3,200 - $4,000 ,  7-8 Month Position
  • Lesson revenue with a potential to make $5000+ per season
  • Percentage of Junior Camps
