- As an Apprentice Golf Professional at Spallumcheen Golf & Country Club , you will play a crucial role in enhancing our members and public's golf experiences. You will work closely with our Head Golf Professional and the golf operations team to ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects related to the golf operation. This includes assisting with golf tournaments, managing the pro shop, providing excellent customer service, and offering golf instruction to members and guests.
- Responsibilities

- Assist in organizing and conducting golf tournaments and events.
- Assist in managing the pro shop, including inventory control, merchandising, and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Offer golf instruction to our Junior golfers
- Assist in Pro shop and golf operations
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada, Associate Membership or similar golf professional certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and instructional techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing golf events and tournaments.
- Retail experience, including inventory management and sales, is a plus.
- Proficiency in golf-related technology and software.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Passion for golf and a desire to continuously improve and learn.
- Compensation

- Bi weekly - $19-21 Hr.
