Apprentice Professional: Eaglequest Golf Center at Coquitlam
Eaglequest Golf Centers is a Canadian-owned company with five golf facilities that span coast to coast. Eaglequest Golf has a mission to grow the game of golf by making it accessible and fun. Our Eaglequest Coquitlam site is an extremely busy facility that features a 72 stall range sharing two levels, with stalls powered by Top Tracer Range gaming software. On site is a 9- hole par 27 golf course with large greens and grass tee boxes that presents a challenge and fun experience that is applicable to all skill levels. We also have two large practice greens useful for putting, chipping and pitching, along with a greenside practice bunker. The large 1- story clubhouse features a fully stocked golf shop and a Café with fully licensed patio. The clubhouse boardroom holds 60 people comfortably and is ideal for any gathering such as meetings, banquets or tournaments. Finally we also have one of the best 18 -hole mini putt layouts on the lower mainland. Eaglequest Coquitlam has fantastic facilities and gives its Instruction Team full access in order to help you create great experiences for your students /clients.

- Job Summary
- Eaglequest is seeking an energetic and passionate Apprentice Golf Professional or aspiring PGA member to join our team in the role of Proshop Attendant and Golf Instructor. Coaching experience and customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Responsibilities
- Candidates will be expected to work a minimum of 24 - 40 hours per week in the golf shop. Candidates will also have the opportunity to teach pre-arranged Eaglequest group lesson programs including our popular spring break and summer camp programs. Candidates will be encouraged to teach unlimited private, semi-private, private group lessons and build a clientele in doing so. In general, successful candidates will work with our General Manager and Director of Instruction to ensure the smooth and successful operation of our business.

- Compensation
- Hourly wage of $20-$22 per hour for all golf shop hours
