- Job Summary
- Tower Ranch Golf Club is seeking the services of a highly motivated Apprentice Professional for the 2026 golf season. The successful candidate will have a leadership role in the golf shop and must be able to provide the high level of service expected by our members and guests. Tower Ranch Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course located in Kelowna B.C. The semi-private golf club has recently been voted top 100 courses in Canada by Score Golf. Tower Ranch features dramatic, undulating fairways and provides a fascinating golf experience for all levels of players. Each hole is unique, offering spectacular panoramic views from every Tee-Box.
- Responsibilities

- Provide excellent communication, customer service, professional advice and assistance to all guests
- Oversee the daily tee times and maintain the pace of play on the course
- Be responsible for the effective management of the first tee
- Ensure guest check-in and fee collection
- Oversee outside service staff, starters and marshals
- Assist in the receipt, display, inventory control, promotion and sales of merchandise
- Conduct and maintain a professional image and manner at all times
- Promote all club activities and services
- Oversee and lead the team for both our Men’s and Ladies nights
- Qualifications

- Member of the PGA of Canada in good standing
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong merchandising and retail skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Energetic and motivated to succeed in the Golf Industry
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude
- Available to work all shifts
- Compensation
- • Salary $23- $25 hourly based on experience (160-170 hrs/month)
