- Job Summary
- Country Hills Golf Club is seeking an Apprentice Golf Professional who values teamwork, professionalism, and creating memorable experiences for members and guests. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day success of the Golf Operations team and the ongoing enhancement of our member experience.
- Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the golf shop and driving range.
- Support professional staff and Golf Academy in delivering lessons, clinics, and programs for juniors and adults.
- Participate in organizing club events, tournaments, and member experiences.
- Help with club fitting, equipment sales, and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of course presentation and customer service.
- Actively pursue PGA of Canada certification and complete apprenticeship requirements.
- Qualifications

- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during seasonal peaks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with POS systems, retail, or pro shop operations an asset.
- Comfortable assisting with junior programs and adult clinics.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a long-term career in the golf industry.
- Compensation
- $3,800 - $4,100 per month (7 months)
