Retired after 42 years in the golf industry.
I was the Director of Golf at The Meadows golf club in Ottawa for 27 years. The Meadows is Ottawas largest public golf facilty. I had the pleasure of being hired to oversee design and construction of all 36 holes. Eventually we became a full service facility offering lessons, stocked proshop, 170 power carts, 300+ person tournaments, 500+ seated banquets.
I also had the honor to learn the business and the game at the prestigious golf clubs Royal Ottawa Golf Cub and Mount Bruno Country Club.
