Born in Regina SK, Chad discovered golf soon after relocating to Vernon, BC with his family in 1987. He began working in the back shop under PGA professionals Patrick Little, Mark Ciupka, Kelly Cherkowski, and Kevin Geistlinger at the Vernon Golf & CC in 1990. It was here that Chad developed a love for golf, eventually becoming the junior club champion and course record holder and deciding that becoming a golf professional was his desired career path. From there Chad moved over to HIllview Golf in Vernon, working for Jim Atmore, Ken Wadsworth, and Keith Vandenbrink. With their support and guidance he passed his PAT at Morgan Creek in the fall of 1996. Chad enrolled in the PGA program at Camosun College after completing one year of community business college at OUC in Vernon. Following graduation, he took a job working for Derek Hawes and Michael Walker at the Springs at Radium. The next four years saw Chad complete his BComm through Royal Roads University, marry his sweetheart, Lori Andruschuck, and land his first head Professional job at Greywolf Golf Course under the tutelage of Peter Smith. After being promoted to Director of Golf / General Manager six years later, Chad moved on From Greywolf after nine seasons to take on the role of General Manager at the Highwood Golf Club in High River AB. Lori was pregnant with their second child as they moved provinces to seek out greater opportunities for their family. The flood of 2013 greatly affected the Highwood and the town, covering the entire golf property with silt, flooding buildings and destroying equipment. After two very difficult years of reclamation, redesign and perseverance the Club opened up for golf again in 2016. With the birth of their third child coming in later 2016, and the rebuild nearly complete at the Highwood, Chad accepted the role as General Manager at Priddis Greens Golf & CC, a premier 36-hole private golf club. He and his family relocated to Turner Valley where they reside today as Chad enters his 11th season at Priddis Greens.
