With a lifelong passion for golf and a deep commitment to player development, Dustin is a PGA of Canada Professional dedicated to helping golfers of all skill levels improve their game. Having played hockey and golf competitively throughout his life, Dustin brings a unique understanding of athletic performance, biomechanics, and strategic gameplay to his coaching approach.
With over 12 years of experience in the fitness and performance industry, Dustin has worked with junior athletes, professionals, and recreational golfers, focusing on movement efficiency, injury prevention, and strength training specific to golf. His background includes owning and operating a fitness facility with golf simulators, providing expert coaching, club fittings, and game analysis to players seeking to refine their skills.
Currently working at Markland Wood Golf Club, Dustin is also pursuing his CPGA Class A while continuing his Business and Golf Resort Management studies at McMaster University graduating July 2025. His goal is to combine golf instruction, technology, and industry expertise to deliver an exceptional experience for members and guests.
Beyond coaching, Dustin is an entrepreneur with a keen understanding of the golf industry, having played a key role in acquiring and expanding MJD’s Golf Social, a thriving golf simulator business. His expertise business operations, marketing, and customer engagement allows him to create innovative programs and events that grow the game and enhance the golfing experience.
