Dustin Campbell is a PGA of Canada Head Professional with a lifelong passion for golf, player development, and creating exceptional experiences for members and guests. With competitive backgrounds in both hockey and golf, he brings a unique understanding of athletic performance, biomechanics, and strategic skill development to both his coaching and leadership.
With more than 12 years of experience in the fitness and performance industry, Dustin has worked with junior athletes, competitive golfers, and recreational players, specializing in movement efficiency, injury prevention, and golf-specific performance. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a golf performance facility featuring simulator technology, where he provided instruction, custom club fittings, and video analysis. This experience established a strong foundation in golf technology and data-driven coaching that continues to shape his teaching philosophy.
Dustin graduated from McMaster University's Business and Golf Resort Management program in September 2025, gaining comprehensive knowledge in golf operations, leadership, merchandising, tournament management, finance, and member services. During the 2025 season, he served as Assistant Professional at Markland Wood Golf Club, where he played an instrumental role in enhancing club operations through the implementation of two TrackMan simulators, developing the club's Health & Safety program, leading merchandising initiatives, and delivering instructional programs, tournaments, and member events.
At the beginning of the 2026 season, Dustin joined the professional team at Rattlesnake Point Golf Club, further expanding his experience at one of Ontario's premier golf facilities. Shortly thereafter, he was presented with the opportunity to become Head Professional at Blue Springs Golf Club—an exciting milestone in his career and one he was proud to accept.
As Head Professional, Dustin oversees all aspects of the golf operation, including professional staff leadership, instructional programming, tournaments and leagues, merchandising, retail operations, and member services. His vision is to create an outstanding golf experience through exceptional customer service, innovative programming, and a welcoming culture that encourages golfers of every age and ability to enjoy the game.
Whether leading the golf operation, teaching on the practice tee, or connecting with members around the club, Dustin is committed to professionalism, innovation, and continuous improvement. By combining modern technology, proven coaching methods, and a member-first approach, he strives to create an environment where every golfer feels valued, supported, and inspired to play their best.
