Brady is the Director of Instruction at Ledgeview Golf Club, a Performance Coach for Team BC with BC Golf, and the Head Coach of the Bateman Secondary Golf Academy.
This season, Brady partnered with with the PGA of BC and the Canadian Mental Health Association to launch the inaugural PGA of BC Teach-a-thon for Mental Health. Through the collective efforts of 24 Professionals and their students, the event raised $24,394 this year for local CMHA Branches.

In 2024, Brady was awarded the PGA of BC Jack McLaughlin Junior Golf Leader of the Year. Since joining Ledgeview in 2021, Junior Memberships are up 189%, Junior rounds are up 258%, and Junior Members are now Ledgeview's largest membership category at the club.
Brady’s coaching philosophy focuses less on achieving a “perfect” swing and more on developing a functional, repeatable motion that helps each golfer play their best at all levels.
