About
Wade Waters is a PGA of Canada Class A professional and 2024 PGA of Alberta Coach of the Year Finalist, specializing in holistic skill development for golfers of all ages. With a focus on Junior Golf Elite Performance, Wade is passionate about helping young players reach their full potential, both on and off the course. Known for his ability to build meaningful relationships, he creates a supportive and motivating environment that empowers students to excel. His coaching philosophy combines technical, mental, and strategic aspects to foster well-rounded player development.
Originally from Nelson, British Columbia, Wade developed his love for golf at the Balfour Golf Club and also played junior hockey across Canada, earning a scholarship to Grant MacEwan University. There, he played hockey while completing his studies in Business and Management, alongside the Professional Golf Management (PGM) program.
Throughout his career, Wade has held leadership roles at Desert Blume Golf Club, Northern Bear Golf Club, and Pinebrook Golf Club. As Director of Golf at a junior golf academy, he helped propel the academy to the #2 ranking in Alberta on the MJT Academy Points list and successfully recruited students to NCAA, NAIA, and University golf scholarships.
Now with 365 GOLF, Wade is excited to continue advancing the junior golf program and help young players #levelup while inspiring them to #enjoythegame.
Outside of work, Wade enjoys time with his fiancé, two daughters, and their energetic Siberian Husky.
