Dan McIntosh

About
Dan "Smackintosh" McIntosh is the Owner/Operator of World’s Longest Golfers Inc. and Charity Golf International LLC. Dan was born and raised in High River, Alberta and played his junior golf at Highwood golf course. He credits his junior golf to his parents Ron and Ann, Kim Wilkowich, Tiffany Gordon, Trigg Slonski and his late friend Tanner Schmuland. Upon completion of high school and junior golf Dan started University to take engineering in 2008 where he played baseball for the University of Calgary Dinos, as well as hockey for his local junior team. Naturally he lead his baseball team in home runs and his hockey team in both goals and penalty minutes and the "Smackintosh" nickname was born. Dan graduated University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geophysics, but his passion for his summer jobs at Highwood has kept him in the golf industry. Dan became a PGA Canadate for membership in 2011 at Highwood and he eventually started a fundraising and entertainment company after qualifying for the World Long Drive Championship that same year. Golf has remained a passion for Dan where he has taken his big golf swing to the worlds stage twelve years in a row, competing in World Long Drive Championships and achieving a personal best 9th in the world in his last season. Dan is currently the World's Longest Left Handed Golfer - 479 yards and he met his wife the same day in 2017. Dan now lives with his wife Kasi and two boys and has raised over 8.5 Million for charities across North America. Dan's goal is to collaborate fundraising into the PGA and continue to make an impact together while enjoying the game we love. Glory to God and Thankful to my wife for everything.
