About
Jeff grew up around the game of golf at a very early age. He went to Lethbridge Community College and completed his diploma in business admin specialization in golf management. Working 3 years under the Kananaskis grew was his first introduction to the golf industry. Working with Bob Paley taught Jeff that there is more to the golf industry then just selling clubs.
His next move came to the Olds golf course where he has been off and on for 8 years.
Between his time at the Olds golf club, Jeff has developed a skill in inventory management, marketing and team development. He follows a simple process of People Product Processes. Easy enough to understand. Learn about the people and the products and learn about how the company systems operates.
He has been working with some big companies doing multi millions per year and leading teams up to 100 people. Jeff has a long list of successes that will serve him well in the golf industry and make him a key player within the community.
"Its always great to get people onto the golf course and enjoying the challenges of what golf has to offer. What I find even more valuable to behind the scenes work that goes into the experience. Training developing and leading a team to great success is one of the things that drive me the most. I look to put the company I am involved with on top of their industry and lead them to a better tomorrow."
