Mark Sheardown
About
Mark joined the PGA of Canada in 2008 under head professionals Shawn Lavoie and Wayne Fairbairn at the Calgary Elks Lodge & Golf Club (now The Winston Golf Club). During his time in the Alberta PGA, Mark was a member of the Assistant Board of Directors, a member of the Promotions committee, and chair of the Calgary Golf Show. From 2011-2013, Mark was fortunate to be recognized as a finalist for PGA of Alberta Assistant Professional of the Year. In 2017, after 2 two year stint out of the business, Mark moved to Saskatoon, SK to begin working at The Willows Golf & Country Club under Wayne Fairbairn and Craig Prentice. While employed at The Willows, Mark was recognized as the 2019 Assistant Professional of the Year - Apprentice for the PGA of Canada Saskatchewan Zone. In February 2023, Mark joined the team at Golf Traders Saskatoon as General Manager.
