About
I began my golf and business career at the age of 14 at the Medicine Hat Golf & Country Club. Today, I have the great pleasure of serving as the Executive Professional and owner of the pro shop operations at the Canmore Golf & Curling Club, a place I’ve been proud to call home for over 35 years.
Our family has grown up in the golf business. Our daughter and son both enjoy the game, and our grandchildren are already becoming part of the club’s culture. I’m especially proud that our son is the Head Golf Professional at Silvertip here in Canmore.
When I’m not at the club, you’ll usually find me playing hockey, biking, kayaking, fishing, skiing, or otherwise enjoying mountain life. I’ve been honoured and humbled to be recognized by my peers in Alberta—receiving the PGA of Alberta Head Professional of the Year award in 2014 and the Executive Professional of the Year award in 2025. I remain a very proud member of the PGA of Canada.
