David Tremblay
About
Originally from Quebec City, David Tremblay was introduced to the game of golf at the young age of 11. Four years later, he became a member of the first “Sports-Study Golf Program” in the province of Québec.
His academic background includes a degree in Business Administration & Marketing from St. Lawrence College and a degree in Business Management from Laval University.
David has spent his entire working career in the golf industry. At 15 years old he started working at Beloeil Golf Club, moved to Cap-Rouge and then started working as shop manager at Alpin Golf Club. After eleven years at 18 hole-facilities, David moved to Montreal and spent the last 14 years working at two of the best 36-hole private facilities in Québec; Laval-sur-le-Lac and Le Mirage Golf Club.
David’s main responsibilities comprise of managing Le Mirage golf shop and being the Head fitter and manager of the Callaway Performance Centre. His expertise and professionalism have been a contributing factor to Le Mirage attaining the highest sales volume in a green grass facility in the province. In addition to his numerous duties as Class A professional, David is very proud to act as President of the PGA of Quebec. His objective is to support his colleagues, throughout the province, by providing the tools and the knowledge they need to feel valued in their profession and to support them in performing to the best of their capabilities in their work environment.
