As a seasoned Canadian PGA Instructor who has taught nearly 20,000 golf lessons, Trevor Fraser understands what elements of a lesson need to be there for you to reach your goals and improve your results in a measurable way.
Trevor grew up in New Brunswick as a lover of all sports while honing athletic skills that have translated well in his pursuit of the game of golf. He enjoyed competitive success as a junior golfer and, combined with his passion for the game, decided to pursue the game and the business of golf as a career. In 1997 he enrolled in the CPGA-accredited Professional Golf Management program and started his journey to become a Teaching Professional, ultimately graduating in 1999 and then turning Professional in 2001.
Trevor enjoyed a successful 10-year career teaching at the Westwood Plateau Golf Academy, building his teaching skills and gaining an in depth understanding of what it takes to help a variety of different golfers to reach new heights with their game.
I believe that a big misconception in golf instruction today is that you have to first experience major setbacks before seeing better results. This simply isn’t true for the vast majority of students I see each day. The understanding and feeling of a more solid, consistent golf shot is something you will experience right away.”
