2022 ANNUAL DUES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In an ongoing effort to support members during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented a flexible payment plan that allows members to pay their annual dues in smaller installments.
Members that choose to utilize a payment plan must enroll online by October 24, 2021.
Members choosing to pay their dues in one payment must do so by November 1, 2021.
Late fee schedule:
Failure to enroll in a payment plan by October 24, 2021, or pay dues in full by November 1, 2021, will result in a late fee penalty of $125. If payment is not received by January 1, 2022, your membership will be suspended and a reinstatement fee of $450 will apply.
Membership dues are the responsibility of the individual PGA of Canada Member or Apprentice Professional. If your club is remitting payment on your behalf, please ensure that it is received at the PGA of Canada National Office prior to the application due date. Otherwise, the "LATE PENALTY" will be imposed and you will be required to remit all outstanding monies.
NSF cheques are subject to a $25 administration fee. NSF cheques that are not resolved before November 1, 2021, will also be subject to the Late Payment Fee in addition to the $25 administration fee. A late fee may apply for any declined transactions as outlined in the Fee For Declined Credit Card Transactions policy.
A discount of $17.50 plus tax will be applied for payments by cash, cheque, or online banking with the exception of Life Professionals. The discount does not apply to Life Professionals.
- Before April 1, the full amount of membership dues paid will be refunded minus an admin fee of $20 plus tax and the insurance amounts being refunded will be pro-rated by month.
- After April 2 and until June 30, refunds for membership dues will be pro-rated.
- If a plastic membership card was mailed out, for a resignation to be complete the membership card must have been received by the National Office on or before the above dates to process the applicable refund.
- As of July 1, no refunds will be issued for membership dues.
- Late fees, Admin fees, & NSF charges are non-refundable at any time

Cancellations made before the registration deadline will receive a full refund. Cancellations that are done after the registration deadline will receive a full refund less a $75 service charge plus applicable taxes. No refund will be issued to absentees.
Application fees will be refunded if the PGA of Canada is notified in writing of the player’s intention to withdraw prior to the application closing date. Application fees will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Refunds are subject to a $75 service charge plus applicable taxes.
