Payment Information

IMPORTANT NOTICE - Cheques must be made out to the PGA OF CANADA.

Payment of 2019 Membership Dues must be received by the PGA of Canada National Office by November 1, 2018.  All Dues received after these dates will be subject to a late payment fee which will be charged without exception (see below for the Schedule of Late Payment Fees). Declined credit cards and NSF cheques are subject to a $25 administration fee. Declined credit cards or NSF cheques that are not resolved prior to November 1, 2018, will also be subject to the Late Payment Fee in addition to the $25 administration fee.

Late Payment and Reinstatement Fee Schedule
If payment is not received by November 1, the late fee penalty will be $125, due by December 31. 
If payment is not received by January 1, membership will be suspended and the reinstatement fee of $450 plus tax will be applied  

Membership Dues are the responsibility of the individual PGA of Canada Member or Candidate for Membership. If your club is remitting payment on your behalf, please ensure that it is received at the HEAD OFFICE of the Association by the due date.  Otherwise, the "LATE PENALTY" will be imposed and you will be required to remit all outstanding monies before your membership card is released.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cheque, Certified Cheque or Money Order payable to the PGA of Canada, Online banking, and credit card online in the members only section at pgaofcanada.com. A discount of $17.50 plus tax will be applied to payments received by cheque, certified cheque, money order or by online banking.

ONLINE BANKING: Payment can be made using online banking from most major banks (TD, CIBC, Royal Bank, Scotiabank, BMO, Credit Unions, ATB, Desjardins, National Bank, Tangerine) in Canada by following these steps; Log into your online banking, add the PGA of Canada as a payee, and make a payment to the PGA of Canada using your PGA of Canada ID number as the account number.

Refund Policy

Membership
Membership dues will be refunded in full for resignations completed on or prior to April 1 with the exception of the insurance and benevolent fund amounts refund being pro-rated by month. Refunds will be pro-rated for resignations completed on or after April 2 and on or before June 30. For a resignation to be complete the membership card must have been received by the National Office on or before the above dates in order to process the applicable refund. Refunds will not be issued for resignations completed after July 1.

Education
Cancellations made before the registration deadline will receive a full refund. Cancellations that are done after the registration deadline will receive a full refund less a $75 service charge plus applicable taxes. No refund will be issued to absentees.

Tournaments
Application fees will be refunded if the PGA of Canada is notified in writing of the player’s intention to withdraw prior to the application closing date. Application fees will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Refunds are subject to a $75 service charge plus applicable taxes.

Limited Liability
