Listing of Master Professionals

Murray Tucker (deceased) made an incredible contribution to the PGA of Canada and the game of golf in Canada, both as a player and an administrator. Murray served in numerous positions with the PGA of Canada and became President from 1959-60. He developed a PGA of Canada Pension Plan, wrote Employment manuals and served as a speaker at numerous education seminars and counseled many young professionals during his career. On April 30, 1974, Murray became Canada's first Master Professional. 

Arnold McLean Sr. (deceased) was awarded Master Professional status in 1974. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1945.

Stanley Kolar (deceased) was a pillar of the Ottawa PGA Association having served Nationally and at the Ottawa PGA Zone level. His contributions to the PGA of Canada and to golf in Canada will always be remembered by his peers and the Association.

Doug Bell (deceased) was awarded Master Professional status in 1977. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1954.

Ronald Rayner (deceased) was awarded Master Professional status in 1978. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1953.

Bruce Murray was awarded Master Professional status in 1981. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1959.

Michael Schurman was awarded Master Professional status in 1985. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1964.

Raymond Haines (deceased) was awarded Master Professional status in 1986. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1949.

Bruce Atkins was awarded Master Professional status in 1990. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1971.

Tony Evershed was awarded Master Professional status in 1995. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1971.

George Arnold (deceased) was awarded Master Professional status in 1997. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1952.

Mike Silver was awarded Master Professional status in 1998. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1971.

Wayne Kirwan was awarded Master Professional status in 2001. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1979.

Danny Jutras was awarded Master Professional status in 2001. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1967.

Roy O.A. Vicckies (deceased) was awarded Master Professional status in 2003. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1979.

Alan Riley was awarded Master Professional status in 2003. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1988.

William Penny was awarded Master Professional status in 2003. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1975.

William McDougall was awarded Master Professional status in 2003. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1982. Bill was named the 1997 PGA of Canada Teacher of the Year.

Bruce McCarrol was awarded Master Professional status in 2003. He joined in 1973 and has been a Class "A" member of the PGA of Canada since 1978.

Kenneth Fulton was awarded Master Professional status in 2003. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1970.

Harry Brotchie was awarded Master Professional status in 2003. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1975. Past President of the PGA of Canada.

Henry Brunton was awarded Master Professional status in 2008. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1985.

John Gaudet (deceased) was awarded Master Professional status in 2012. He has been a member of the PGA of Canada since 1965.
