PGA of Canada Strategic Plan Update

PGA of Canada Strategic Plan Update

The PGA of Canada is excited to begin the process of building the Association’s next strategic plan. This plan will articulate our collective mission, vision and values and outline the objectives, deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the next several years. The National Office and Zones will be working collaboratively to build these foundational pieces and Zone-specific implementation plans will be developed to support them.

The project is being led by the PGA of Canada’s CEO & COO with the support of LBB Strategies and a taskforce of representatives from across the country.

Taskforce Members:

  • National Board Reps - Simon Bevan (ON) and Robyn Scott (not affiliated with a Zone)
  • Zone Executive Director Rep - Kevin Purcell (ATL)
  • Zone Board Rep - Shawn Lavoie (AB)
  • Members – Ashley Zibrik (BC), Martin Bergeron (QC) and John Greenough (SK)

This is an exciting time for the Association as the membership continues to evolve and grow.
