Brand Awareness Survey Membership Report
Earlier this year, the PGA of Canada undertook a comprehensive brand health and awareness survey to better understand how the PGA of Canada is perceived by Canadian golfers and how our own members view their association.
With more than 1,000 Canadian golfers and 380 PGA of Canada members participating, the research provides valuable insight into our brand, the value of the PGA professional and the opportunities in front of us as an organization.
We are pleased to share a summary of the findings with you. The results reinforce the important role PGA professionals play in Canadian golf, while also highlighting an opportunity to make the value of the PGA designation and the work our members do more visible to golfers across the country.
The research also provides a clear picture of what members value about their association and where there are opportunities to improve the membership experience.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in the survey. Your feedback is an important part of helping shape the future of the PGA of Canada, and we appreciate your willingness to share your perspective.
Three participating members won PGA of Canada prize packs as a thank you for participating. Those three members have been contacted by PGA of Canada staff.
Moving forward, we will use these insights to help guide our marketing, communications and brand promotion efforts, both nationally and in partnership with our Zones.
Our goal is to better tell the story of the PGA of Canada, strengthen the profile of the PGA professional and demonstrate the value our members bring to the game. We look forward to sharing more as we turn these findings into action.
