BetRegal PGA Championship of Canada reduced to 36-holes after heavy rainfall

After beginning play at the BetRegal PGA Championship of Canada at 7:30 AM, play was suspended at Bigwin Island Golf Club at approximately 11:10 AM after heavy rainfall led to unplayable course conditions. There were a few groups that had yet to tee off when the suspension occurred.

With heavy rain in the forecast for the remainder of Monday, It was determined that the championship will be reduced to a 36-hole event, with all players re-starting from the first tee on Tuesday morning. Tee times will once again begin at 7:30 AM.

There will be no NoSweat Hardest Hole of the Day awarded, and each of the remaining rounds will have $150 up for grabs for the low score on the determined hole.
