Eric Flockhart
Eric Flockhart leads the public and media relations effort for Lightspeed’s golf and retail industries while helping to guide the company’s overall corporate brand and communications strategy. Passionate about furthering the success of SMBs, Eric is focused on driving Lightspeed’s mission to help businesses around the world innovate, simplify, scale and provide exceptional customer experiences through technology.
Eric draws experience from his lifelong connection to the game of golf and the Canadian golf industry. He has competed at the professional level as a member of PGA TOUR Canada, worked as a journalist and freelance contributor to prominent Canadian golf publications, and has held various positions focused on the day-to-day operations of some of Canada’s top courses.
Eric holds a B.A. in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master’s in Media: Journalism and Communications from Western University.
